We collect information you provide directly when you apply to the program or contact us. This includes your full name, email address, phone number, and any optional notes submitted through our application form. This information is stored in Airtable, the third-party platform we use to manage applications.
If you consent to analytics, we also collect limited usage data — such as pages visited and browser type — through Google Analytics 4. See "Cookies & Analytics" below for exactly when this happens and how to control it.

Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as necessary to operate the program and meet legal obligations. Application records are kept for a minimum of three years. You may request deletion at any time (see the section below).
Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. Contact us at the address below and we will respond within 30 days.

REENTRY is a California nonprofit corporation. This section supplements the rest of this Privacy Policy for California residents, as required by the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA).

- Retention period: application records are kept for a minimum of three years, as described in "Data Retention" above.
- Sold or shared in the preceding 12 months: no. REENTRY does not sell or share personal information, and does not use advertising or cross-context behavioral advertising cookies.
- Sensitive personal information: we do not collect sensitive personal information as defined by the CCPA.
California residents have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request deletion or correction of that information, and to be free from discrimination for exercising these rights.
